Nalco Mobotec Inc. won a contract with Arizona Electric Power Cooperative for mercury emission control at AEPCO's Apache Generating Station. Equipment will help AEPCO comply with Arizona's mercury emissions regulations, which take effect on Jan. 1, 2011.
